Our data cleansing services cover two areas; electronic cleansing and telephone validation, but choosing a mix of the two to suite your circumstances is not uncommon.
Electronic cleansing is low cost and immediate (we can usually cleanse and return your data within a day). Cleansing is performed by matching your data to that held in a variety of continually updated commercial databases, ensuring accurate results where matches are found.
Electronic cleansing also allows for rapid removal of stale records from your marketing lists by matching with suppression files such as GAS (Gone Away Suppression), NCOA (National Change of Address file) and bereavement registers.
