From the M6
  • Take Junction 28 off the M6 and turn left at the end of the slip road.
  • Continue straight ahead over the railway bridge.
  • Take the second exit (straight ahead) at the first roundabout and then the first exit (straight ahead) at the roundabout immediately after the first.
  • Turn left at the lights.
  • Follow the road until you can enter Tesco’s car park on your left.
  • Go straight ahead to the far right corner of the car park, turn left and head towards the top corner.
  • Find a space and walk in front of Tudor house (with the cream gable end, signed as Chadwick’s Solicitors) and enter 5a Towngate between the Accountants and the Health Food Shop.
From M61 Northbound
  • Take junction 8 off M61
  • Take the first exit off the roundabout and get in right hand lane.
  • At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Preston Road (A6). Continue straight ahead at the next lights and bear left at the mini roundabout.
  • Turn left immediately after Shaw Hill golf club onto Dawson Lane.
  • Turn right at the first set of traffic lights and continue across the roundabout. Get into the left hand lane for the next set of lights.
  • Straight across the lights onto Heald House Road and continue straight ahead across three mini- roundabouts.
  • Go straight on at the lights and turn right into Tesco’s car park.
  • Find a space on the left of the car park.

From M61 Southbound
  • Take junction 8 off M61
  • Take the third exit off the roundabout and get in right hand lane.
